Tim Edgmon
Tim has been in the insurance agency business since 1986. Tim graduated from Texas Tech with a BA degree in Business Management in 1979. In 1992 he received a certification of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Tim has been an agency principal for over twenty years. Tim is past President of Independent Insurance Agents of Odessa. He has been State Director of the Trusted Choice Big I Junior Classic since 2001. He is now serving as Chairman of the National Trusted Choice Junior Championship Committee.

Theresa Edgmon
Theresa has been with the Agency since 1999. Acting in an office manager capacity, she is in charge of marketing as well as the accounting. She works closely with both producers and account managers to get the most comprehensive coverage at the most competitive price. With the numerous companies Edgmon Insurance represents Theresa makes sure the company is most compatible with each insured’s needs.
Shelbi Hall-Cervantes
Shelbi has been with Edgmon Insurance for over 5 years. She has over 15 years of experience in insurance specializing in commercial insurance. She also has experience in the life and health field.
Kristin Kight
Kristin grew up in Odessa, TX. She played golf for Texas Tech for 4 years before starting a career in sales. She has been in numerous sales positions for the past 10 years and she is now our Prepaid Legal/Identity Theft representative in our office.
Rhonda Hicks
Rhonda has over 18 years experience in the insurance industry. She joined Edgmon Insurance in 2003 as administrative assistant to Tim and currently serving as Office Manager and Commercial Lines Manager. Rhonda has served on the CSR Advisory Council for Service Lloyds Insurance. She has served on the Texas Trusted Choice Big I Junion Classic Golf Tournament for the last four years as well as Assistant Director for the National Big I held in Odessa in 2006.
Sharon Childs
Sharon started her insurance career in 1975. She obtained her General Lines Property and Casualty license in 1984, obtained her ACSR designation in 1991 and CISR designation in 1999. Sharon is our Personal Lines Manager.
Lauren Allen
Lauren has been in the insurance industry since 2005. She has experience in both commercial and personal lines of business. She is an Account Manager in our commercial lines department.
Ann Cox
Ann started her insurance career in 1980 as a file clerk. She is our Quality Control Account Manager and assists with areas of coverage and processing of accounts coverages.
Aye Lujan
Aye has been with Edgmon for a year. Aye graduated in 2007 from Kermit High School and she is currently attending Odessa College to further her education goals
